Wallys this week. From one case only 6 cars there in the nice toy ladys restock cart and she glady handed them to me:
 
 
Less then 1800 units.


Less then 180 units!!

Nedless to say I had to put back the mainlne hot wheels to get these.

I also got lucky with this one on TTP for $20 (15 plus shipping):

Borrow pic from M2. Mines going to stay carded and there pic is much better. Limited to less then 400 units.

yep,,good price,just about all there chase cars are selling low right now,,but i think in the future they will be up,,

Congrats on the great finds. I've found a couple of the black and gold chase cars but I haven't found a chrome one.

Hey Guys,
I just bought a M2 1979 Ford Mustang Boss 429 at my local Target. It's black with solid gold interior, gold hood scoop, gold chrome trim and wheels, gold lettering on car and Goodyear tires.  Sorry  I don't have a digital camera  for pics.  Is this a chase car?  What is the value over a "regular car".

Wow! That is a great find, too bad you don't have a camera I would like to see what that car looks like. From what I have seen the chase cars seem to run in the 10.00 to 25.00 range but that being a Mustang it may actually go a bit higher. Congrats on a great score.
